Project and Construction Management
ARPLAN ENGINEERING’S Construction Management model aims to provide tranquility to the contracting party and the certainty that your investment will be performed with quality, safety and within the contracted period. The Management includes technical services such as, construction inspections, contract management, technical support and consulting, the control of human and financial resources, in addition to the development of management controls and the drafting of technical reports.
It the customer is interested, ARPLAN ENGINEERING is ready to implement isolated technical services, such as: the development of the architectural project, construction budgeting, document assistance (the obtainment of licenses and permits, utilities, etc.), construction in general and supply management.
Construction and Renovations in general
ARPLAN ENGINEERING focuses primarily on the full management of its construction projects, from the project’s creation to its conclusion and handover of the keys, always working with responsibility, integrity and in full compliance with the technical, safety, environmental standards and social responsibility, thus ensuring the quality of the projects and the satisfaction of our customers.
We are prepared to execute the construction and/or renovation of residential, commercial and industrial projects, in the following procurement modes: EPC, EPCM, by administration, unitary prices and global price.
Industrial and Commercial Construction Division:
One of the greatest difficulties of entrepreneurs in deciding on the architectural project and the construction system of his/her enterprise is defining which is the most appropriate structural solution for his/her needs and the best cost-benefit ratio for his/her budget. ARPLAN ENGINEERING fills this gap since it is an engineering and technical consulting company without technical or commercial ties with a pre-defined construction system and therefore proposes to offer the best solution for our customer’s project. With this spirit, ARPLAN ENGINEERING is ready to present construction alternatives that are more suitable to our customers’ budgets and needs, resulting in reduced risks, costs and total satisfaction of our customers.
Residential Construction Division:
One of the greatest difficulties for those who wish to build or renovate their homes is their lack of experience or time to plan and manage their project, be it small, medium-sized or large.
We are a unique Consulting and Engineering company. We perform the complete management of your projects, from its conception to the handover of the keys.
We execute construction works in various architectural styles, from contemporary to neoclassical.

Development of Projects
We are prepared to draft basic to detailed architectural projects, as well as its management with City Hall. Our staff includes architects and project designers to draft projects in various styles (contemporary, neoclassical, etc.).
We operate in various segments of civil construction in partnership with renowned Architecture, Landscaping, Structural Design, Building Installation (Electrical, Hydraulic, Air Conditioning, Telephony, Fire, etc.), Thermo-Acoustic Designers and Consulting firms, always aiming at the projects quality and the complete satisfaction of our customers.
For all projects developed by ARPLAN ENGINEERING we issued the corresponding ART (Technical Responsibility Notation), thus ensuring complete tranquility for the projects customer and/or owner.
Architectural Project: Basic project, “City Hall” standard project, detailed project (full detailing, including all frames, architectural details, etc.)
Partnerships: Structural Projects for Foundations, Building Installations, Landscaping, etc.
Consulting, Technical Support and Administrative
We also provide additional and/or support services for the execution of your projects, such as:
Administrative Assistance: Full assistance for the obtainment of construction documentation (City Hall approval, obtainment of licenses, utilities, etc.);
Construction Budgeting: We develop your project’s budget and previous planning, which includes: price composition spreadsheets, cost spreadsheets, schedules, and cash flow and control reports of your project;
Construction Supplies: We enable all price quoting processes and material and service purchases in full conformity with the planning of the project and your cash flow, so as to enable the execution of the project.
Technical Reports: Issuance of technical and inspection reports for renovations and alterations to properties, in conformity with NBR 16.280/2014 of 04/18/2014.
Consulting: We provide technical, supply and administrative consulting for the execution of your project, from start to finish of your investment.
